Booked to get a free trim through booksy it gave me A time for 19.30 on the 22nd march 2024 which was today, I checked the website and realised it was... saying closed at 5 so i called the number to which I think the owner responded with a text saying he was on the train which is why he could not answer I explained that the app allowed me to book gone past their closing time so I was a little confused The owner then replied we open back at 7 I said great so I’ll show up at 19.30 which I did travelled all the way there only to find no one there this really annoyed me as not only did I go out my way to help assist the experience of his trainee barbers I had to travel from Handsworth really bad experience I wouldn’t trust them Show more
