I booked an appointment for a haircut at The Quarters Barbering Academy Birmingham through Booksy, but when I arrived at the scheduled time, the salon... was closed. There was no prior notice, no communication, and it was a complete waste of my time. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. If you’re going to take bookings, at least ensure you're open or inform customers in advance. Would not recommend! Show more

Unfortunately the tutor was ill, a text was sent out. If you check your texts you would see your appointment was canceled. If you want to come again, remove this review, if not. You are not welcome at the Accademy anymore.

1. The people are good, they hear what you want and accordingly proceed. 2. The only thing is - they take more time as compared to a regular barber. ...But that is fine because they are still learning. But if you are short of time, won't suggest. 3. You might have to explain in between that what you want. OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE, WILL SURELY GO AGAIN. Show more

I have previously relied on the expertise of the stylists at Quarters Barbering Academy, however, my recent experience was deeply disappointing. The s...tylist assigned to me unfortunately misinterpreted my request for a simple trim, resulting in a significantly altered haircut. A real bad one at that. Despite my attempts to communicate time constraints due to limited parking, the service was prolonged. Furthermore, attempts to seek assistance from another stylist were unsuccessful. While the salon may be suitable for basic haircuts, I would strongly advise against seeking more complex styling services, as the outcome may be unsatisfactory. I am very disappointed with my recent experience and believe the salon's current standards have declined. Show more
