Dear Charlotte Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your appointment and the delay in my response. As I explained and attached some photos unfortunately , I was faced with an unforeseen personal emergency as you're aware. I had a horrible family scare I had to drop appointments and lose my earnings for that day but unfortunately it’s something I had to do as would anybody I assume. I understand how disappointing this must have been for you and regret any disruption it caused. Please know that I remain committed to providing my clients with a reliable and professional service, and I will do my best to prevent such situations from impacting appointments in the future.
