You booked the appointment very last minute which I didn’t see as these things can happen unfortunately. You also haven’t been charged for anything as booksy doesn’t take any money from you unless I tell it to l, which I never. so please send proof of this.

The lady was 15minutes late to the appointment and completed my lashes in less than 40mins. Anyone who knows anything about a full set of lashes knows... it takes at least an 1 hour and 15mins at minimum. The lashes are not isolated at all meaning if I was to pull any lashes I would take a chunk of my natural lashes. Edit: I was on the road that the post code from booksy provided I called the number (provided on booksy) at 10:00am I also have the multiple messages that I sent to you saying I think I am outside at 10:03am (I was on the correct road). I understand you had a client and was running late however a quick message to say that would have a been great instead of leaving me waiting for 15 minute texting and calling you. I also have a black box and a ring doorbell which show I was home by 11:07 it is a 7 minute drive for me- I am more than happy to provide this for you to see. The lashes were completed within 40 minutes, as a new client it was a disappointing experience for a £45 set of lashes. Show more

Hi. I take in to consideration what you have said, however I had a client before you so I was not late, I have messages to prove you didn’t have the correct address so it wasn’t me that was 15 minutes late. You left the address at 11.30. Again, I have a ring doorbell. As for the fact you think I haven’t done a good job of the lashes, I have never had this issue before and would of happily sorted the issue for free had you of messaged me.
