This appointment was just a (free) consultation regarding getting a perm. The whole experience was a treat - I had never been to the salon before & ha...d not met Lara, but she is extremely friendly & knowledgable. We discussed lots of possibilities & I was delighted to discover that there were colouring systems gentle enough to be applied at the same appointment as the perm. I’m all booked in for a couple of weeks time & can’t wait! I have every confidence in Lara & know the whole experience will be a relaxing, friendly one. The free consultation was a god-send & I highly recommend it to anyone considering a change of style or colour (or both). When you then attend the actual appointment the treatment can start immediately with no time lost to discussing ideas & possibilities. I would recommend Lara to anyone looking for an enjoyable salon experience. Show more

This is my 3rd visit to Lara, 2nd for colour services after finding her online. I moved locally to this salon and was looking for a colourist who use ...vegan & cruelty free products, so when I found Lara used OWAY I was very keen as this is my favourite hair care brand. I was happy with my 1st cut so I booked in for colour. My first colour appointment I wasn't 100% happy with the result, which can happen, my 2nd appointment Lara changed the colour and it was much closer to what I imagined. Its important to find a stylist and colourist that listens and tailors their service to the clients needs, which Lara does. Also OWAY are such great products so I def recommend. Show more
