although all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the service they provided felt rushed and unfinished. The hairdresser who cut my hair se...emed to be a trainee or had just started learning how to cut hair and was very unsure of his decisions. Whilst getting my hair cut I asked for the back to be kept the same whilst the sides and front to be trimmed and neatened, the sides came out with an uneven cut and I had to ask the my hairdresser to take some off the fringe- without this reminder I can assume he would’ve left the fringe how it originally was. Overall experience was 2/5, the haircut was below average and not the desired style I was going for, but the staff and atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. Show more

Thank you for your feedback , you could told what you needed while you're in our shop so we could give you the cuts you wanted (you asked for light trim and when he finished the cuts you started taking your phone out and showing him different style ( he’s not learning he has 38 years old and he been a barber since 2003 ,so around 21 years experience, and please feel free and come in we can sort your problem out if there’s a problem, thank you so much and hoping to see you soon
