Very disappointed! Originally booked for the 29th to receive highlights, Lauren cancelled at the last minute. She claimed she wasn't working that da...y, but the appointment had still gone through, so I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. She then offered to move the appointment to the 31st. Everything was okay until I got a message this morning saying she was cancelling again. This has happened twice now, both at the last minute. Won't be booking with her again; extremely unreliable.
