I was really nervous getting my haircut, as I hadn't been to a barbers for about seven years. However, Keira was really lovely and kind, and she did a... really great job with my hair. It has boosted my confidence a lot. Thank you Keira! Also, the barbers had a really bright, colourful and opening atmosphere. I highly recommend going to this barbers for your haircut as, whenever I want to have another haircut, I will be going again.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this barbershop. I booked with Dee, who specialises in creative cuts and colour, and clearly asked for lay...ered hair with a dark brown semi-permanent colour. I made a point of explaining that I had spent the past year transitioning from red hair back to my natural dark brown and was very clear that I did not want any red tones. Unfortunately, I left with hair dyed red/burgundy instead of dark brown, the exact shade I had worked so hard to move away from. I later also realised that the layers were poorly done. What made the situation more frustrating was that I raised my concerns during the appointment. I explained that the colour was not what I had asked for and that I wasn’t happy with the result. After Dee attempted to wash the colour out, they told me that I would need to pay extra for a correction. When I said I believed the correction should be complimentary, as the result was not what I requested, I was informed that I would still have to pay and that this was the owner’s decision. When you trust someone with your hair and pay for a professional service, you expect them to deliver what was agreed upon especially when you’ve clearly communicated your hair history and goals or at least take responsibility if something goes wrong. Being asked to pay additional money to fix an issue that wasn’t my fault felt unfair and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this barbershop. I hope they reconsider how they handle situations where clients leave dissatisfied with their results.
