I've been going to Judy Plum for over 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else for my wigs. Margaret is and always has been fantastic. She's patient and... caring and excellent at helping you choose when you are feeling a bit overwhelmed. All the staff are lovely. Honestly couldn't fault the service they offer. Show more

Wasn't what i expected. Previously I gave 3 stars to the appointment. The manager Margaret, gave me a follow-up call and we righted some wrongs. She w...as very nice and knowledgeable. Offered me another appointment, but being so close to Christmas and me living In North East coast of Scotland i declined. But if im in Glasgow again, I will definitely be booking Judy Plum. I had a consultation with Margaret at Judy plum wigs and she was absolutely fabulous, she was patient considerate and very professional,she took me i...nto a private space to try on wigs and made me feel at ease throughout my appointment she also made my husband very welcome also as he accompanied me ,although I didn’t take my wig home there was no pressure whatsoever for me to make a decision there and then ,she advised me on what she thought was best to do and also how she could make alterations for me to make my wig fit when I decided which one I wanted, i would absolutely recommend Judy plum wigs , and if your looking for a friendly welcome and outstanding service make an appointment with Margaret. I was a bit reluctant about going for a wig however Margaret who attended to me made me feel very comfortable. Nothing was rushed and she didn’t press...ure me at all. The only problem I had was deciding which wig I wanted. I have ordered a different colour to what I tried and can’t wait to get it. Will probably buy the other on I liked too. Thank you Judy Plum!
