Wanted a toner & blow dry hair day don’t look any different tone ways than when I went in I know I was a little bit late due to traffic, and Nicole ha...s said she’d another appointment in at 10.30 & she’d to get it on quickly plus the water kept going into my ears when washing she left the toner on for less than 5 mins was more like 2 min. I’d also asked for conditioning treatment which was extra £5 on top of £35 I’d already paid. Just felt very rushed & waste of money as I see no difference in my hair than when I went in if she didn’t have the time to do it properly she could of rescheduled for another time/date I have had a toner & blow dry with Claire before & was done and met my expectations unfortunately can’t say the same for Nicole. Hi Danielle, we’re really sorry that you had such a bad experience in the salon. Nicole did mention that the toner didn’t make much difference to your hair as your colour needs done and your roots were very brassy. However, you shouldn't have been charged for the toner if this was the case. Saturday is always a busy day and if someone is late it has a knock on effect with the rest of the clients all day. If you want to give us a call and we can book you in again for a complimentary blowdry with another stylist. Many Thanks KD
