Booked a few weeks in advance so that i could get the same day i was getting my hair cut. Confirmation of the appointment was about 2 weeks after i re...quested the booking. Got to the location at 11:25 for my 11:30 appointment. Knocked on the door to room 309, but nobody was there. Waited in the lobby and was told Steph wasn't in.
