It was a haircut not a fringe trim, there’s no option to change it. Jade was a lovely person but seemed very inexperienced and ultimately the haircut ...was dramatically different (and much shorter) than what was discussed and the photo reference shared. At the very end she cut a chunk of layering in the back much shorter than the rest. It’s gonna take a while to grow out and I’ve had to book an appointment elsewhere to even out the back of the cut.
