Studio A lashes

Hi Mia, I am very sorry to hear you weren’t happy with your service. I wish you would have contacted us to let us know so we could rectify your service before before resorting to this. Your lashes were lifted when leaving the salon and you did confirm you were happy with them. However, it was very warm on Friday when you were in for your service. Hot days can potentially relax new lash lifts. The heat can break down the lash lift solution, causing the curl to drop prematurely. There are also several other factors out of our control such as allergies, water exposure, sweat etc that could potentially affect your lift. Had we have known your lift had dropped post treatment and you were unhappy, we would have been more than happy to help.
