ABSOLUTELY USELESS! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Booked appointment then rang up only to be told the person isnt available and that they should have called o...r messaged and was then told they would call me back but no one called! Imagine if I hadnt rang up then it wouldve wasted my trip coming over, if you are going to offer online services then at least make sure you have staff as available or have them ring the customer if they are not! I will NEVER use this salon again, absolute joke! Show more

Lauren is bubbly & the staff in The lounge compliment one another. I got a gorgeous head massage upon washing my hair & hot coffee made by the lovely jasmine, what more can you ask for at a hair appointment? Show more
