This was the worst upstyle I ever had. Asked curly hair with ponytail but end up with flat uneven I don't know what. When I showed the picture to the ...girl she said she will do it but when she finished and I asked where is the curls she said they don't have TOOLS to do it. What hair salon don't have tools? And when I said the ponnytail is total mess she said it looks fine. They offered to fix it but they not even capable to do it in first place and not even having tools, so why would I waste my time there even more. So for this mess they charged me £42.50 (with discount 🤣) which I had to redo it after. They try to offer £20 back which I did not take because my point is they have no competency of doing hair or upstyle. I'm just happy it was not important event I had to attend because that would be disaster to end up with hair like this. Show more

Hi ange, thank you for your comment. can I just say first that your total is including a blowdry that you asked for that wasn’t booked online so our stylist was good enough to add that service on for you, blowdry costing £22 and upstyle £20. Our stylists are trained to a high standard and the services that they offer are carried out also to a high standard. When your stylist was finished with your hair and showed you the back you were happy with it and didn’t seem to have any problem. Only when you had your coat on and told your total balance did you raise the issue of it not being satisfactory. You were asked if you wanted it to be done again and you denied, then offered your £20 back as a gesture of goodwill you also denied. The issue could of been fixed there and then but now we are left with a stylist that is embarrassed as there was a scene caused infront of other clients and stylists, we don’t tolerate this kind of behaviour in our salon at all. But as you can see from our 60 other reviews that everyone is more than happy with what we as a team offer. Thank you so much
