Not only did I walk out with exactl...y what I wanted, but his professionalism and attention to detail truly impressed me. He called my cut the “hard cut,” and throughout the process, we had a great conversation and he even shared some great advice. Always top quality with Roger. This one in particular, I had a very specific request but no technical knowledge. I explained to Roger, he talked me th...rough how it would look, we tried it, not quite right but close so I suggested something else. Tried again and it was perfect. Lots of compliments.
