In Greek Mythology Athena was a Goddess of Wisdom, handicraft, reason and war. She represents the perfect balance of might & mind..

Might: Refers to bodily strength, power, or intensive effort. Mind: Refers to intellectual thought, focus, and intentionality.

Head massages can help with mental clarity and improve focus,  enchance physical wellbeing, promotes inner peace.

🍃 Followed by a mini calf massage using orange, tea tree and peppermint essential oils

🍃Ending the treatment with reflexology

(Please note alternatives can be used. If pregnant I will only use what is safe & recommended)

🍃The Green Man - Symbolizes connecting with nature, the arrival of Spring/rebirth, eternal life and death. There are many portrayals of the Green Man, he is widely known in Pagan folklore, Artherian tales/and Celtic mythology. They also link the Green Man to Robin Hood. I vision the Green Man as an Ent, a tree like human who protects the Forest.🍃

Once turned over I will begin reflexology, and finish off the rest of the leg massage. Followed by a hand an arm massage, and then a relaxing facial. After I have removed the face mask, I will continue with the Indian Head massage, massaging the décolleté area, the face, scalp and neck. And ending with the rest of the facial.

Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle full body massage, using light, rhythmic techniques and breathing to help stimulate the lymphatic system. MLD can help with a number of issues, such as bloating, constipation, poor circulation, fluid retention, swelling,  lymphedema and help ease symptoms of lipodema. It also offers deep relaxation. Your lymphatic system is a group of organs, vessels and tissues that protect you from infection and keep a healthy balance of fluids throughout your body. Lymphatic system organs include your bone marrow, thymus, spleen and lymph nodes. Your lymphatic system is a network of organs, vessels and tissues that work together to move a colorless, watery fluid (lymph) back into your circulatory system (your bloodstream). Your lymph can become stagnant, and as it does not have a pump to help move it around, it has too manually be drained.
