Really friendly staff, my dog was a different colour afterwards and smelled lovely with nails cut and wrinkles cleaned. Daisy is very attached to myse...lf and so was worried that she wouldn’t settle, however the staff were so confident that I was able to leave her and feel comfortable. I've been to several dog groomers in both Australia and Scotland over the last 6 years for our Bichon Frise/poodle. I can honestly say, without a do...ubt, this most recent appointment was the best we have had. Our dog Felix is not a fan of the groomers, he is well-behaved but is traumatised by some of the treatment (like being locked in a cage). This studio (and I use that term purposefully) is both open and bright, and almost all of the floor is set aside for your dog to be able to move around. THERE ARE NO CAGES. It's like a daycare centre that you would pick up your child from with free roaming of the floor. The reason for that? Because they charge a tiny bit more. However, it's not just the environment that you are getting for your extra pounds. The haircut was awesome!! Most groomers can't do a "Teddy Bear" cut, or even maintain a decent length on the trim, or trim properly around the eyes. This haircut was done perfectly, even though Felix had been up in the Highlands getting wet and matted. Great Cut., with difficult styling and doing everything we asked and more than we thought. Great environment and is less traumatic for your dog than every other groomer you have ever seen. Also, very friendly staff and lovely to deal with. I booked for 5 weeks from now, but I think I might go every 3 weeks. Can't recommend highly enough. Show more
