The communication is great, Roxanne patiently answers all the questions, the procedure itself is done in a fully sanitary way I know from piercing studios and I definitely expected it was going to be much more uncomfortable than it ended up being, that was a pleasant surprise. I had 3 areas done, there was no bruising and hardly any swelling and basically I could just go about my day afterwards.
