Decent haircut but very long wait (30mins after appointment scheduled) and not much of an apology offered and also wasn’t updated while waiting for ba...rber. Haircut itself was good and what I asked for but barber didn’t seem overly interested and I wasn’t offered a coffee/water like other customers seemed to be.
