Olena ✨⭐️did an amazing job with my daughter's haircut! She was patient, friendly, very focused on the details and made my little one feeling complete...ly comfortable throughout the whole experience. She really enjoyed watching Peppa pig while having her hair done. The cut turned out great, clean, stylish, and exactly what we were hoping for. We’ll definitely be coming back. It was the most disappointing experience we have had - sally was rude and unhelpful and we definitely would never return. I then left this review- I ...got an original reply in the middle of the night, that was again, rude and unprofessional; which I have the screenshot of. Then received the response below. Happy to review again and share the screenshot of the original response. Absolutely shocking. Thank you for the below reply- this seems a little more professional and kind; but we won’t be returning, I definitely don’t want my little girl thinking that behaviour is the norm! Show more

My son has special needs and despite having regular haircuts he still is very scared of having his hair cuts , I have tried several places aimed at cu...tting hair of special needs children and Bertie and belles are by far the best , they are so caring and patient and do everything they can to help the child stay comfortable and calm , there manner of speech makes my son feel so safe while having his cut and I would highly recommend them , also very efficient clean and well priced , lovely ladies !!
