I was booked and confirmed for a Saturday, Dec 30th at 7:30 a.m. appointment Wednesday of this week via the app. I arrived, and the location was close...d with a for rent sign. I called the number on booksey, but there was no answer. I left a message on number listed and the personal. I was very disappointed in the way business was handled. Show more

I booked an appointment via Booksy. When I got to the salon for my appointment, that was confirmed. No one was at the salon. The open sign was lite up... in the front window, I was there during the hours posted. I called no one answered and no one called to apologize or rebook.
