Unfortunately, this person confirmed our booking, but had a family emergency the morning of our appointment. She told me that her daughter was sick a...nd was having a rough night before. I’m understanding, but she could have easily rescheduled the night before if she had further concerns. I’m sure she’s a great hairstylist. I might try again one day. Show more

Sorry for this inconvenience. I’m glad you were able to be serviced. However I didn't cancel an appointment that was scheduled last night after 7pm for 9:30am because like I wasn’t aware you would book last min I wasn't aware I would be dealing with a sick child or in a hospital all night. I overslept. I called to see if you still needed me and u decided to go elsewhere. I’d be happy to be of assistance anytime.
