My 5 year old son and I both tried Big T for the first time. My son hates having his haircut and loved our previous barber so I was nervous about tryi...ng Big T's. Toola was fantastic with my son, he was very calm, reassuring and has a steady hand. My son loved the experience and didn't flinch once. My haircut was also excellent. Both barbers were attentive and kind. They made us feel at ease and were warm and welcoming. We got seen on time, which, after a lifetime of going to walk in barbers and waiting, felt amazing. Booked here as a result of my usual stylist having to rearrange his schedule today. Was a bit apprehensive at first as booking a last minute haircut ...with a new stylist often turns to ratshit, BUT I bit the bullet and showed photos of my usual style. The young lad absolutely nailed it down perfectly. Was very attentive to detail and have to say, well impressed with the final result. Definitely recommend this place and will be going again.
