The staff are lovely but they need to manage the bookings better, its frustrating when you've booked and then have to wait ages because they allow wal...k ins. Other than that, its reasonably priced, lovely staff and hair came out lovely. There was a mix up over my daughters hair but after a short while it was all resolved and the stylist did a lovely job and was very kind and considerate and gentle with my daughter. Show more

came in for a retwist locs clearly didn’t know what they were doing,had 3 diffrent people trying to do my locs came in and left the same way i came in... still charged me £35 for nothing .If you have locs i highly recommend not going there.Customer service is poor too all they do is speak their language and barely understand english worst experience!! We are really sorry for your experience . It's a misunderstanding But we didn't charge you £35 for no reason we gave you a discount of the service you had. You had a service that costs £45 interlock new growth hair What you expected are instant locs. This method of hair locking is normally used to start locks, takes between 8 to 12 hours of service, and the price is from £120 to £200 your hair does not need this service as it's already tightly locked. We are really sorry again
