Not good customer service. Booked for 12.45 and arrived and they were in the middle of haircuts, and no acknowledgement at all that they had a booking.... Wont be going back. Show more

I arrived 5 minutes before the appointment. I waited for him to finish with the clients beforehand, about 8 minutes after my appointment time. I was n...ot bothered by this, but when they finished with the other customers, they gave priority to a person without an appointment who arrived there before me, so I just decided to leave. One star for their costumer service. Show more
