I recently visited this Barber triangle in Manchester and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Initially, the barber displayed a dism...issive attitude and did not fulfill the complete grooming service I had requested. The skin fade was poorly executed, lacking the precision and attention to detail I expect from a professional barber. After expressing my dissatisfaction and insisting on the specific style I wanted, the barber's demeanor changed and he made an effort to correct the cut. While the final result was improved, it shouldn't have required multiple complaints to receive the service I paid for. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect and given the service they request from the start. I hope this feedback leads to better training and customer service in the future.
