I booked on booksy after reading positive reviews. when I arrived at the shop I was greeted by a young boy. I told him I booked online and he said he ...would cut my hair. I was able to tell by his scissor work that he was inexperienced and so stopped him from completing his scissor work and I asked his age where he told me he was 15, I was quite hesitant to ask from him what I would have normally asked an experienced barber so I told him to just try sticking to how it was cut before but freshen up the trim. I did mention that I booked to have my haircut done by an experienced barber as that was an option and the option for junior barbers was a bit cheaper .. he told me at this stage that the price would be the same because he is one of the experienced barbers.. this didn't make sense to me so I challenged him and told him he couldn't have been an experienced barber at the age of 15, he then bragged about cutting hair for 2 years and that makes his an experienced barber, he was adamant and charged me the price advertised for an experienced barber .. many issues were pointed out when I came home by family members .. overall I wouldnt return and if you're like me and decide to try this place please ring first and make sure there is an actual qualified or experienced barber there first.
