We’ve seen your review and would like to clarify a few points. Our retwist and style service is a fixed-price package, which includes a wash as part of the service. The price remains the same whether a wash is completed or not due to operational issues, as the service provided does not change. Any additional services requested outside of the agreed package are charged separately and always explained at the time. On a previous appointment where there was a delay, a £10 goodwill discount was applied. Over time, there have been ongoing and repeated disagreements regarding pricing and service expectations, and this became a recurring issue throughout the client relationship. For this reason, a decision was made not to continue future bookings. We have a strong base of regular clients and consistently positive feedback, and this is the first one-star review we have received. This does not reflect the experience of the majority of our clients.
