Hi katie, I appreciate you taking the time to leave me a review ( All feedback is good feedback) however this is the first I have been made aware of your complaint, if you had contacted me personally I would of been able to rectify any issues on my part. After years in this industry I can see from the photo you have uploaded that these lashes have been forced off rather than fallen off. I did make you aware of possible natural shedding due to you previously forcing lashes off and also arriving late to your appointment meaning less time to carry out your treatment. You agreed to go ahead with the treatment regardless , rather than take my offer of a different time/ day . If you could message me personally I would be more than happy to sort everything out with yourself. Thank you
