Curly Perms Taper fade

Absolutely shocking and unacceptable service. I booked and explicitly requested a curly perm, which I did not receive. The staff demonstrated a clear... lack of knowledge and competence, and as a result my hair has been severely damaged. Large amounts of hair have since been breaking off and falling out, which I have photographic evidence of. The service took over 3 hours for a perm and taper. I was charged £95, despite the Booksy price being £85. When I challenged this and requested a refund due to the damage caused, I was met with hostility, lies, and verbal abuse rather than professionalism or accountability. During this interaction, I was physically assaulted by staff while attempting to resolve the issue. No apology was given at any stage. This is not the standard of professional hair or salon service expected in England. I am now left dealing with damaged hair and distress caused entirely by their negligence. I strongly advise others to avoid Fade Inn Salon if they value their hair, safety, or being treated with basic respect. I have retained photographs and timestamps showing the condition of my hair before and after the service, as well as evidence of the booking price. This matter may be escalated further. Show more
