Had a sports massage with cupping - arrived in pain with my hip from exercise over use. Lorraine was amazing, definitely recommend. explained all abou...t the treatment, what was going to happen, and how i would feel throughout and after. Asked multiple times about the pressure and did i feel discomfort through the treatment. i felt completely at ease and in safe hands. I asked about a recommended treatment plan which she gave many ideas on how to help my body recover in between getting the sports massages, which i thought was brilliant. She's professional and worth every pound as my neck back hip and glutes feel 100 times better. Thank you i will book again definitely Show more
