The artist was kind and friendly, took me through the nail experience step by step and explained before doing anything, let me check and compare, and was always making sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for. The result was also fantastic, as was the experience holistically. The big plus was not using an e-file (for builder) which made it a lot more gentler for my nails and i imagine will have long term beenfits compared to efiled biab. Will be back and highly recommend!
