The staff were extremely kind and caring, and they addressed me by name, which made the experience feel very personal. I had lip filler and Botox, and... the practitioner was incredibly friendly and professional. She only recommended treatments that I genuinely needed and took the time to explain why certain options weren’t necessary, which I really appreciated. On a personal level, I admire her future goals and her values—she is clearly passionate about helping others, and that truly shows in the care she provides.
