Ive been feeling very confused about what to do with my hair, im growing it long but been thinking about cutting short. I called ahead (new to LLS) an...d Buck was really helpful over the phone to the point I booked a consultation. I felt really at ease on arrival and throughout the consultation and with Bucks really helpful advice and knowledge decided to keep my hair length for now/take a little longer thinking about it. I was SO relieved coming away because I realised after talking, despite the receding, I like my long hair. I also learnt other techniques and ideas to address the receding hair. I just wonder how many places are too keen to cut. You’re in very safe, kind hands here and I’ll return soon when it’s time for a tidy up. I’ve only been once and I had a really positive experience - thank you :D Show more

They have been too anxious previously for a proper hai...rcut, and struggle with new people, places and experiences, whilst desperately trying to figure out their style and who they are. They didn’t speak much throughout the appointment, which is usual… But were made to feel comfortable and understood.
