Unfortunately a very negative experience. I have used OS for years at both the George street and castle square branch. Always been very impressed wit...h them. On this occasion the barber unfortunately did not listen to what was requested, and left my son in tears at his haircut. Far too much cut off. Really bad cut. Really important that customers and parents are listened to. Show more
