Condescending, i called and explained i was running late. I was 10 mins over, which you said was ok on the phone and you had already put some one i...n the chair so it had zero impact on how busy you were. Then you proceded to act like a total bell end like you were talking to a child. Its no big deal, i went down the road to Groom and thet were great. Top hair cut and all happy, so it worked out well. 😘 Show more

I'm sorry you feel that way. But the facts are this, you came in 15 minutes for your appointment when I said over the phone anything longer than 5/10 minutes wouldn't be possible for me due to the high volume of bookings that I already had booked in... I never said that I couldn't cut your sons hair. You simply walked out when I reminded you that you were 15 minutes late when you said you'd be no more than 5.. Have a great day 😀
