Eva

Eva graduated as a Podiatrist almost four years ago and has been working with Body Basics ever since. Alongside her private practice experience she has worked for the health service which has added to her experience in the care of diabetic feet and lower limb problems. Eva is great with her clients, very accommodating and has a lovely way with her.

Christopher

Christopher is a qualified Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. He also specialises in IASTM (Scrapping), Dry Cupping and will also be fully qualified in Dry Needling come the end of October. With over 10 years experience in the fitness industy as also being a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and graduate from Belfast Met with a HND and Ulster University with a BSc Hons in Sports and Exercise Science. Christopher is passionate about helping people overcome injury’s and problems relating to the body. A big advocate of deep tissue massage and how well the body responds to its stimulus, having worked with athletes from various sports such as Muay Thai to powerlifting.

Paul

Paul graduated as a Podiatrist 5 years ago. Specialising in routine foot care, wound care and biomechanical assessments. Paul has an interest in Musculoskeletal Injuries. He also works full time as a Specialist Podiatrist in the NHS.

Poppy

Poppy qualified as a podiatrist in 2017 and has worked full time for the NHS ever since as well as the private sector. Poppy specialises in diabetes and wound management along side routine

Laura McAreavey

Laura is a Sports Therapist who set up Body Basics 18 years ago coming this year, as a Sports Massage Therapist. She is now qualified almost 20 years. She went on to study Sports Therapy and specialises in Theraputic Treatments and Remedial Massage. Laura is well known in her field as one of the longest and most reputable Therapists.

Pearse

Pearse is a dedicated and experienced massage therapist with a passion for helping clients achieve optimal wellness. Specialising in Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Cupping Therapy and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM)

Gail

Gail graduated in July 2019 and has worked as a physiotherapist in the NHS for the past 2 years with experience in MSK and respiratory. A certified Pilates instructor in beginner, intermediate and advanced level. Also certified in l clinical aromatherapy for health. "I have a passion for working with people to reduce pain, improve mobility and strength and to positively influence overall health and wellbeing"

Tony

Tony is a Sports Therapist. He is VTCT Level 4, Level 5 In Sports Massage. Tony specialises in Injury Diagnostics and Treatments. He is very knowledgeable in this area and has a great reputation in Injury Rehabilitation.

Jamie Lee

Jamielee is a level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. She has been working at Body Basics for 6 years now and is known as Laura's Apprentice lol. Jamielee is well sought after. If you like a Good Deep Tissue Massage she is the Therapist for you. Jamielee Is now Offering REFLEXOLOGY too 👣 She is Amazing at what she does!
