Hello Maddalena, thank you for bringing this to attention. I recognise your concerns and recall that unfortunately as you hadn't completed your online consultation form prior I was not aware you were undergoing specialist Rentinol and skin treatment until this was mentioned after the treatment. As discussed Retinol (and other skin treatments) can cause grazing. This does not always appear in the area immediately and can sometimes not become apparent until a day or two after the treatment. In most cases where I am made aware of it I can make precautions to help prevent it. Grazing may take around 1/2 weeks to heal with the correct care advised. I can assure you that all my clients concerns are taken seriously and I take all measures to ensure that I am working to the best of my knowledge to deliver the best treatment. Please feel free to contact me directly to discuss your concerns and I will be more than happy to go over the aftercare. Thank you Hayley
