This is by far the best recovery/sports massage therapy I have ever been to. Kate knows her stuff, I tell her what isn’t feeling great and she works h...er magic every single time. Her knowledge of the body and how it’s connected really shines through when she is assessing and working through pain points. She goes above and beyond and makes me feel super comfortable. Could not recommend enough especially to strength athletes. Show more

Not enough stars for Kate! I have been struggling for weeks with a running injury as part of my marathon training. Kate is a miracle worker, I don’t k...now what is going to happen on the day of the marathon but after just one session Kate has made me feel so much more positive, prior to the session I had been in tears thinking I wouldn’t even make it to the start line! We still have a few more sessions but I am hoping I will at least be able to make it round! More updates to come!
