Unexperienced 18 year old barber. I requested my fringe to be cut to just above my eyebrows but due to not blending and cutting one side significantly... longer than the other my fringe is now two inches above my eyebrows instead. Rather than feathering the hair to give texture the barber took big chunks of hair and cut bluntly across it, resulting in the sides of the fringe being significantly longer than the middle of the fringe. Sides were unblended and messy. When I asked to pay (knowing that for a standard haircut without a skin fade it cost £20) the barber tried to lie and charge £22. When confronted about this, he just laughed it off.
