Dear Laura Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. As previously explained, Booksy had recently undergone system updates and transitioned to Stripe for payment processing, which unfortunately caused a delay with your refund. This issue was raised directly with Booksy to ensure it was addressed appropriately. When you visited the salon, we took the time to explain the situation to you in full, at which point you confirmed there were no further concerns. The refund of £7.50 was then promptly processed via bank transfer and received in your account immediately. An apology was also extended to you before your departure.
