Excellent staff who are really warm and friendly. They are excellent in anything you ask for and will achieve as near to what you want….if not perfec...t. Sometimes colour wise what we want may take a few sessions to achieve but it’s worth the wait I can assure you. I will be returning to the salon in January for my new year’s cut. Well worth a visit. I have previously had a wash cut and blow dry with Jade, and she was so professional and I absolutely loved my hair, the cut was just perfect and exac...tly what I asked for so I wanted to book in for a consultation to get a colour service done. I have a hard time at the hairdressers usually but Jade made me feel so comfortable and welcomed, she is so thorough with her consultations and explains in depth step by step what she is going to be doing with my hair. Have been here before and loved my hair, but this last time I could have cried. I had to go to another salon and repay to have my hair sorted and even... they couldn’t understand why it was cut so badly. Now my hair is so short and nothing like I would have liked it. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back! It was curled, which hid how bad the cut was hence why it wasn’t mentioned at time of being there. Show more
