We advise to get infills every 2 weeks to prevent this which you haven't done. You never stated you wanted handmade fans, nor did you complain of any pain or discomfort. ‘Banana Peel’ is the removal technique used which is a widely used and accredited techniqued of lash removal, under eye pads are also not required and many techs are taught with tape, tape is sold by many lash brands and recommended by accredited lash training companies. It seems you have booked with a new lash tech after who many not haver known your lashes had exceeded the recommended time on without a fill and therefore misinformed you of the lash condition. If you would like handmade fans this should be stated to a lash tech upon booking as Promade fans are used widely in the profession and there's no requirement to use handmade fans and state this to each and every client we have.
