My first trip to the salon. I booked via another app, for a wash, haircut and beard trim. Having never been before, I wasn’t sure who Ricardo was; up...on arrival I gave my name and was sat down. We went straight into talks about the style I was trying to achieve and the barber really did an excellent job. Upon leaving, I realised it wasn’t Ricardo who had cut my hair, which really isn’t a problem as the gent did a great job. However, my only irk is that once I got home, I realised I had paid £38 for a service I never got? My hair wasn’t washed, and my beard was quickly run over with trimmers which needed correcting when I got home. It’s my own fault for not realising or saying anything at the time - that’s my Britishness coming through; but I absolutely overpaid… That said, and most importantly, I will absolutely be back again. The haircut was excellent, but I’ll be making sure to get what I paid for next time…! Show more
