I have a 10 minute video & a picture of me literally sitting in front of your house waiting on you to come out. You acted like you didn’t see me sitting in the car. It was super chilly & im a anemic. I parked where you told me to park. We can reschedule for another day that’s works best for you.

Niece loves her hair. She got the medium knotless. Update: since I'm not able to leave review for my appt. Bc she marked me as a no show. I'm leaving... it on this appt. review. I will say when she shows up she does a good job. She's done my niece's braids a couple of times and mines once. She was supposed to braid my hair on 8/22. She never showed up. I texted her and she claims she called me to inform me she was having car problems and wasn't going to make it however I didn't get a call nor a text from her until I reached out 45 mins of waiting pass my scheduled appt. We agreed I would come to her and she would waive the traveling fee. I asked for the address and she never responded. Weeks later she changed the status; it's not an automated process (this is what the representative told me from Booksy) to A No Show which charged my card the cancelation fee. I texted her asking why was the status changed to a no show when you're the one who didn't show. She promised she would refund my money when the funds hit her acct. I texted her again asking for a status update, I got no response. It is now over 2 weeks and still no refund. Book with caution.. she may show up..she may not...or she will be late. Note: Everytime I have tipped her 20% even though she was late over 30 mins for every appt. I have scheduled with her but as I stated I like her work. Therefore, I feel I'm a pretty reasonable person until I'm charged for a service I never got and then be ignored. Show more

Im not late over 30 mins everytime bc if Ik I’m going to be late I move the appointment back & you confirm it everytime. I don’t think you understand the purpose of a NO SHOW. After 15 minutes your appointment is cancelled. How can I send you something I never received? i’m not about to send you money of my pocket if I never received the money you claim I took from you. You’ve only tipped one time after that you only paid for What the total was. I’ve called & texted several times butyou didn’t respond. It won’t let you do a review bc you were a no show. I hope god blesses you w more knowledge & understanding. Have a great day
