Daniela does an amaziinnnggg job. You can tell she really knows what she's doing with lash extensions. She always makes sure that I am comfortable dur...ing the process. I booked an appointment because my usual lash place was looking for a lash tech replacement, but after getting my lashes done with Daniela, she will be replacing my previous lash tech. My retention was pretty bad. I lost over 50% of my lashes within 5 days (shown in picture). Yes, I do take care of them properly and keep them clean. ...Daniela was nice but the lashes were not worth it. Also, I showed up early and didn’t get allowed in until 15 mins after my scheduled time, so the service started about 30 mins late. Show more

Hi Brooke, I'm sorry about the trouble with your retention. However, we do have a 48 hour quality policy that's shown on the consent form saying that if something like this happens I will redo them free of charge, feel free to reach out if you still want to do that. Also, this is something that happens a lot when there's leftover of mascara in your lashes, I did clean them the best I could but this might have played a role on that (also stated in the consent form). Sorry to hear about what happened, feel free to contact me if you want your lashes redone.
