Ashonti, very welcoming and understanding. I told her I had gotten off work that morning and didn’t sleep much and was a paranoid about missing my app...ointment so if I wasn’t very social, that would be why and she completely understood. She works fast and efficient, and answered my questions about the one on one sessions. I haven’t had makeup done in while so I was super excited, I loved it and my boyfriend was very happy to see it and couldn’t stop complimenting how great I looked. Lol. I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back so she can aspire me to be the makeup girlie I want to be or let her freestyle my next makeup visit. Thank you!!!!! Show more

Hi Saniyah, thank you for being a loyal client for over a year. I do wish we could have resolved this internally, but I do understand your frustration. Skin lifting can happen when new skincare products have been used or dermatologists prescribed skin medication has been applied and sometimes can go unnoticed until days after the appointment. Be sure to use witch hazel toner, peroxide, or triple antibiotic ointment to help the skin heal. I have refunded you for your service and I deeply apologize for your experience.
