I booked two loc retwist appointments for myself and my boyfriend and she texted me an hour before my appointment needing to push my appointments back... by 30 mins. It was Thanksgiving weekend we had a full day planned and didn’t have any room to be delayed or inconvenienced. I could see if we rescheduled for our own reasons but we rescheduled because of her request. Show more

Hey rae, please remember this is hair we are talking about so truthfully speaking 30 mins was not going to effect your appointment because you cannot time hair because if i would've finished 30 mins after the time you expected me then what? you also did not communicate any of this with me until after the fact your solution was to reschedule and then you decided you wanted to cancel the appointment you "rescheduled” so im really not in the wrong at all please don’t try to tarnish my business or my name especially over a $10 deposit that you would’ve got back had you not blocked me and tried to give a bad review, have the day you deserve💕
