Hair done by Edwin, professional and friendly , made me feel relaxed and my pixie cut came out lovely. It was first time at the salon so good service ...by hairstylist. My issue was with payment and reception guys who insisted I pay more than service I booked, how can I pay 200 more for cut if I came with short hair 😞,it was a bittersweet experience, I believe prices must be more detailed to customers. A breakdown of how much your service was as follows: Relax&style R650 plus color R290, total of R940 is what you were supposed to pay however a discount of R40 was applied. Generally the stylist does my hair well. This time around however I was not happy. He styles my hair the same way every-time so I asked him to change... the style. Showed him what I want which he correctly said he couldn't do but will try. I said he must not to do that style then but please change from how he usually styles me. Long and short is I walked out of there with the same hairstyle I asked to be changed. Show more
